The Real Estate and Construction Law Practice Area includes specialists with extensive experience providing legal advice to private sector and public sector entities, combining technical competence with a deep knowledge of the field of activity of their Clients. Our legal advice covers all areas of real estate activity with regard to real estate investment (or divestment) in various sectors (real estate, construction and rehabilitation, distribution, tourism and services) and in its various phases, including legal due diligence, structuring of investment vehicles, restructuring of assets or companies, financing and constitution of guarantee packages, negotiation and drafting of all types of contracts for the purchase or sale of real estate assets, sale & lease back, negotiation and drafting of construction and project management contracts, leasing and other forms of transfer of use and/or exploration, and contracts to support the management of real estate assets. At the level of Construction Law, the Rogério Alves & Associados team provides assistance to various players in the construction market, namely contractors, designers, suppliers, supervisors and project promoters, for the licensing and subsequent monitoring of the respective activities, contracting of contracts, the supply of goods and services related to the implementation of projects, monitoring project management, monitoring compliance with the rules applicable to construction, the conduct of the judiciary and dispute resolution arbitrations. We work with multidisciplinary teams that integrate skills from other areas of practice at Rogério Alves & Associados - such as Tax, M&A, Urbanism or Litigation - which allows us to provide a global, complete service with high added value for the Client.
