Projects

The Project team provides advice to its Clients at all stages of project implementation (structuring, legal due diligence, drafting, negotiation and closing), in close collaboration with the clients' internal teams and their external consultants. We are particularly focused on the implementation of Projects and their financing (PPP's, Corporate, Acquisition and Project Finance), secondary Project market (including acquisitions and refinancing), regulation and Public Procurement. We have been providing assistance to domestic companies in expanding their activities abroad (namely Portuguese-speaking Europe, Brazil and Africa).
