The Financial and Banking Law team provides legal advice to banks, banking unions, investment fund and venture capital management companies, asset management companies and other financial intermediaries, as well as large companies in national and international transactions. We provide advice on all types of credit operations. In addition, at Rogério Alves & Associados, we follow, on a permanent and differentiated basis, operations in which we propose, to our Clients and with our Clients, current and sophisticated legal solutions. We actively work on capital market operations involving the issuance and placement of securities representing debt, public and private bond offerings, providing legal advice on the assembly, constitution, sale and operation of all types of Collective Investment Institutions, namely securities and venture capital funds. We have also been active in the area of financing structures, including commercial loans, acquisition financing, retail banking, financial services and advice on matters of securities law. We have also monitored regulatory matters and related matters, regularly advising banks, investment fund management companies, venture capital fund management companies, asset management companies, brokerage firms and other investment firms.
