Extensive experience in legal advice to companies and individuals within the scope of his areas of choice in law, namely in Real Estate Law, Financial Law and Commercial and Corporate Law;

Over the years, he has actively worked on various operations; namely, real estate development projects, investment transactions and real estate divestment (e.g. corporate real estate) and real estate contracts, also accompanying real estate financing transactions and real estate and tourism licensing procedures. In this context, for several years, he has been involved in the establishment of Real Estate Investment Funds and advising the respective management entities;

At the same time, he actively participated in the area of mergers and acquisitions in various sectors of economic, national and international activity, as well as in the constitution and restructuring of commercial companies and business groups, providing advice to several national and foreign companies;

Currently, in addition to the legal advice provided in the area of Real Estate and Financial Law, he has developed the provision of legal advice to boards of directors in the field of corporate relations and corporate governance, in the definition of strategic expansion and internationalization plans, also due to his extensive experience in legal advice for investments in Brazil;

Founding partner of Rogério Alves & Associados — Sociedade de Advogados, R.L., and is also co-responsible for the area of Business Law and leading the Firm's Real Estate Law and Financial Law Centers, since 2013;

Senior Associate at ABBC — Azevedo Neves, Benjamim Mendes, Carvalho & Associados — Law Firm, R.L., (Focus Firm from DLA Piper in Portugal), in the areas of Real Estate Law and Financial Law & Projects, coordinating and advising on the structuring and setting up of real estate investment funds for urban rehabilitation and the creation of real estate investment funds and standing out in the areas of Property Finance, between 2009 and 2013;

Associate at Vieira de Almeida & Associados, Law Firm, R.L., in the Real Estate and Urbanism Practice Area, advising investment funds, management entities, developers and construction companies, also working in conjunction with other areas of practice in major international M&A projects and operations, securitization, credit and energy securitization, between 2007 and 2009;

Associate at Sérvulo Correia & Associados, Law Firm, R.L., in the Urban Planning and Real Estate Law Center, where he advised multiple companies, investment funds and management entities and participated in leading projects in the area of real estate promotion and tourism, between 2005 and 2007;

In 2000, he began his career at PLMJ — Sociedade de Advogados, R.L., and since the beginning of his professional internship he has worked in Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions and has been part of one of the main Corporate Law departments of this firm. In 2003, he was invited to become legal advisor to the KF Group, where he excelled in setting up international investment operations.
