Spatial Planning and Urbanism

The multidisciplinary nature of our Spatial Planning and Urbanism Team allows us to monitor the procedures for the approval of urban operations (subdivision, urbanization, construction, among others) as well as the administrative activity of urban planning and rehabilitation (namely, but not limited to, the definition of procedures and preparation of the regulatory content of the plans) and also the necessary advice when it comes to project tax planning, urban litigation and the execution of the various instruments of territorial management. This team of Lawyers has extensive professional experience in all areas related to Spatial Planning and Urbanism, namely Administrative Law, Real Estate Law, Tax Law, and Litigation and Arbitration, and is dedicated to monitoring matters related to Spatial Planning and Urbanism, in the public and private sectors of activity.
