Rogério Alves & Associados reinforces its team

The lawyers who were members of the CAFL will start working at RA, starting on March 31.

ARA then reinforced its team with five lawyers — a consultant, Carlos Aguiar, three partners Tiago Ferreira de Lima, Maria Sottomayor and Maria Roquette Valdez, and a principal associate, Ana Catarina Silva.

This integration will henceforth enhance the strengths of the teams of both companies in the most diverse areas of practice, consolidating RA's position in the market for the provision of legal services.

It will be reinforced, above all, in the areas of commercial and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, labor law, litigation and arbitration, urban planning law and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP).
