Rogério Alves & Associados Participated in the XVII Commercial Arbitration Congress

From July 3 to 5, RA & Associados participated in the XVII Commercial Arbitration Congress organized by the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCIP).

The central theme was “Arbitration and Mediation in Perspective”, which was developed through several interesting panels, namely arbitration: new frontiers of technology; class actions and third-party funding in arbitration; the standards of the duty of disclosure of arbitrators based on the Halliburton/Abengoa case and successful cases in mediation and recent arbitration case law.

The event also included moments of exchange of experiences and sharing of ideas between national and international speakers and participants.
