The INAPA Case As Seen by Ana Barona

Commenting on the INAPA case, Ana Barona told the NOW channel that the recovery of the insolvent company depends on the insolvency plan that is approved by the majority of creditors and sanctioned by the Court.

Stressing that it is decisive what the creditors “want to do with the company”, the partner of Rogério Alves e Advogados, noted the steps that follow the publication of the insolvency notice and the paths that open up for the company's shareholders (including the State).
